About the Role

MANNI IMMIGRATION SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide financial information and answer questions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Language: English.
