EPCM is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication of metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

About the Role

As a Senior Metal Fabrication Specialist at EPCM, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality metal products on time and within budget. Your expertise in welding and metal fabrication will enable you to design and implement efficient production processes, optimize material usage, and maintain quality control standards.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the fabrication of metal parts and products using various welding techniques, including Oxy-acetylene welding (OAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) (TIG), and Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW).
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes to meet client deadlines and budgets while maintaining quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes, materials used, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven expertise in welding and metal fabrication, with knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree in a related field, such as engineering, metallurgy, or a related discipline.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have a strong physical presence, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects (up to 9 kg/20 lbs). Steel-toed safety boots are required for this role.

Compensation
