Job Title: Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our team at SaskTel. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technical environments associated with our corporate IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
  • Collaborate with vendors to deploy new technology and support existing systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a professional IT environment
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems, networks, and databases
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
