About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Baptist Housing. As a LPN, you will provide person-centered care, collaborate with RNs, implement wellness programs, maintain accurate records, and promote health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with RNs to develop and implement care plans.
  • Implement wellness programs, such as exercise classes and health education.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
  • Promote health and safety practices, including infection control and fall prevention.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma from a recognized, post-secondary institution.
  • Member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Food Safe Certificate.
