Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including group and individual therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with substance use disorders
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field
- 2 years of experience working with clients and families with mental health and substance use disorders
- Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association
- Valid Class V British Columbia driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
