We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Assurance Protection.

Job Overview

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The selected candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily tasks. They will also schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, and relay messages.

Requirements
