Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Naomi Zouzout. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and initiative
  • Judgement and reliability
  • Organized and a team player
  • Patience and honesty
Work Setting

Work in the employer's/client's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
