We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary and Executive Assistant to join our team at Endeavor Trust Corporation. Our company is a fast-growing provincially regulated financial institution based in downtown Vancouver, playing a significant role in the Canadian securities market through participation in initial public offerings, financings, mergers, and acquisitions.

About the Role

This full-time position involves reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board of Directors and Committee members. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed; filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports; conducting research to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives; accurately recording meeting minutes; greeting visitors; using various software applications such as Microsoft Office suite; reading and analyzing incoming communications; making travel arrangements for executives; and providing general administrative support.

Requirements
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is required.
  • A background in a legal environment is considered an asset.
  • Paralegal experience is also viewed favorably.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • The successful candidate must be able to organize their workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills are necessary.
  • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills are required.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
