Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at RhynoCare in the Barrys Bay area. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate professionals to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role

This full-time position involves providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized nursing care to residents, adhering to established policies, physician's orders, and scope of practice.
  • Utilize sound nursing principles to ensure timely and accessible admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate resident progress.
  • Ensure safe management of medications, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to a culture of excellence, and support ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and/or Adult Abuse Registry Check, and clear Criminal Record check.
  • Medical Clearance, including TB tests.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
