We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at RhynoCare in the Barrys Bay area. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate professionals to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized nursing care to residents, adhering to established policies, physician's orders, and scope of practice.
- Utilize sound nursing principles to ensure timely and accessible admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate resident progress.
- Ensure safe management of medications, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to a culture of excellence, and support ongoing professional development.
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and/or Adult Abuse Registry Check, and clear Criminal Record check.
- Medical Clearance, including TB tests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
