Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Acadia Sales BC Ltd. in Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and track work orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies to internal teams.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain the warehouse, supply area, and tool room, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, dependability, and team player.
