Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Camrose Motel. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our property, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect and Maintain: Conduct regular inspections of our property to ensure that it meets our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and make recommendations for any necessary repairs or improvements.
- Coordinate Services: Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to arrange for any necessary services, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist Cleaners: Assist our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish Schedules: Establish work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
