Under Armour is seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our Seasonal Stock Team as a Stock Associate. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ultimately contributing to store sales and KPI targets.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $16,000 and $18,000, depending on experience and location. This compensation package provides a competitive wage for a seasonal retail role.

About the Role

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing merchandise shipments and replenishing the sales floor
  • Managing markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
  • Keeping the stockroom and sales floor stocked, clean, and organized

You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all aspects of stockroom standard operating procedures (SOP/Retail Operations Manual) are met and brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, merchandising, and cycle counts are achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in using computers and other technology
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
