Salary & BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive annual salary, ranging from $90,000 to $150,000 based on performance. In addition, you can expect a monthly commission and repeat business opportunities. Our generous compensation package also includes performance bonuses, career reviews, and progression into management after two years.
Job Description: Global Business Development StrategistAs a Global Business Development Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing new accounts and managing client relationships. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, prospect C-suite decision-makers, and nurture existing client relationships. This exciting opportunity offers extensive travel to top-tier destinations nationwide, as well as access to our cutting-edge sales mastery program and exclusive Manager-in-Training program.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating and prospecting new leads to create a thriving book of business.
- Targeting General Partners and C-suite decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Nurturing new and existing client relationships while maintaining an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
- Traveling to destination cities nationwide to tend to clients and represent the company's interests.
- Sales experience: 1-2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with high-priced products.
- Prospecting and outreach experience: Cold calling C-level executives and creating strategic marketing email campaigns.
- Exceptional listening and questioning skills: Emotional intelligence and tactical empathy are essential for success in this role.
- Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills to manage and maintain a robust pipeline.
