The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, with expertise in airline operations, safety, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Airline Operations department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set departmental goals and objectives, aligning them with the company's overall strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., aviation, business, or engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airline operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and driving operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
