Proposal Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to support our sales efforts in meeting business and revenue objectives. This role will work closely with our North America Regional Sales and Presales leadership to develop RFx responses timely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and edit content appropriate for each prospect, leveraging your understanding of IFS product capabilities and industry requirements.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to combine content into one coherent and compelling narrative.
  • Work closely with IFS North America and Global resources to implement standard methodologies and best practices.
  • Act as the Point of Contact for assigned projects and provide start-up content for company, services, support, and technical requirements.
  • Dispatch work to functional, services, and technical teams to develop content or review and approve responses.
Requirements:
  • A good understanding of enterprise business software solutions and technologies.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or Service Management.
  • Strong editorial skills and knowledge of modern publishing tools and platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree and experience required.
