Position Overview
At Autodesk, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. As a Machine Learning Development Manager for Generative AI, you'll lead the charge in building innovative solutions that transform the way we design and build.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into our flagship products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and apply this expertise to improve team performance and product quality.
Requirements
- MS in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a manager.
- Experience building an innovative and creative team culture.
