Administrative Operations Coordinator

At Crossbridge Immigration Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $55,000-$65,000.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. They will also ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and planning for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. The incumbent will also assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
In addition, they will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- A college diploma or certificate in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
