Job Title: Family Caregiver



About the Role:



  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and responsible individuals.
  • Organize activities such as games, outings, and educational programs to stimulate cognitive growth and creativity.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring children receive the necessary sustenance for optimal health and development.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing individualized attention and support to meet their unique needs.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, creating a nurturing environment that fosters trust and security.
  • Help children with homework, supporting their academic progress and encouraging a love for learning.


Requirements:



  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • Experience in childcare or a related field is an asset, but not mandatory.


Work Setting and Terms:



  • The work setting for this role is in the employer's home.
  • This is a temporary position.
  • The language of communication is English.
  • The expected working hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
