Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative - Customer Expansion, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound calls, lead generation, and providing solutions to delight our customers. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and expanding our customer base and work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing.
Your Impact- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify new opportunities and build relationships.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure alignment with our solutions.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities, overcome objections, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in our CRM system to inform future sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets to drive business growth and success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma; a college degree is an asset.
- Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate our value proposition.
- The ability to navigate objections and handle rejections in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with using a CRM system to manage sales interactions and data.
