About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at MS Gas Station Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to staff as needed.
  • Merchandise Management
    • Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
    • Work with the purchasing team to negotiate prices and ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Sales and Revenue
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
    • Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure that we are meeting our goals.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Work with the customer service team to develop and implement customer service strategies.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 36 to 40 hours per week
