Job Title: Office Administrative Lead

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrative Lead to join our team at Surfside Adventure Tours Ltd. in a full-time capacity. This role involves providing administrative support to our management team, overseeing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our management team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee expenditure planning and control.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management.

  • Physical Demands: The position requires sitting for long periods, working on a computer, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.
Salary and Benefits:
