Responsabilités

  • Examiner, développer et éditer la documentation de l'analyse de rentabilité du maintien en condition opérationnelle (SBCA) ;
  • Aider l'équipe SBCA à préparer les présentations de la gouvernance de la stratégie d'approvisionnement de la défense, les plans d'engagement de l'industrie et à compléter les rapports SBCA ;
  • Passer en revue les programmes précédents/les leçons apprises dans les domaines du style de présentation et du langage et mettre en œuvre les prochains SBCA si nécessaire ;
  • Fournir des rapports écrits appropriés sous forme de copie finale prête à photographier, en utilisant les logiciels Microsoft Office suivants : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio et Access ;
  • Analyser des documents, tels que des spécifications (énoncé des travaux/exigences techniques), des notes, des dessins, des manuels de rédaction, des guides d'utilisation et d'autres documents afin d'expliquer les exigences de manière claire et concise ;
  • Recueillir des informations, analyser le sujet et le public, et produire une documentation claire ;
  • Étudier le matériel existant et interroger les parties prenantes internes et externes du SBCA ;
  • Créer une documentation précise, complète et concise pour communiquer les besoins de divers cas d'affaires ;
  • Réviser, développer et éditer les documents, les dessins et les données associées du SBCA pour s'assurer qu'ils sont conformes aux normes établies et que la documentation respecte les directives de publication gouvernementales.

Qualifications

  • Doit posséder un diplôme universitaire ou collégial, de préférence en ingénierie, en technologie informatique ou en administration des affaires, ou l'équivalent.
  • Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience avérée au cours des 6 dernières années dans le domaine de la rédaction technique tout en effectuant les tâches suivantes :Planification, recherche, collecte d'informations et rédaction de documents techniques tels que l'énoncé des besoins, les spécifications du système et les manuels et guides d'utilisation ;la relecture de documents techniques créés par d'autres personnes ; etAnalyser des documents, tels que des spécifications (énoncé des travaux/exigences techniques), des notes, des dessins, des manuels de rédaction, des guides d'utilisation et d'autres documents afin d'expliquer les exigences de manière claire et concise.
  • Un minimum d'un an d'expérience avérée au cours des trois dernières années dans la préparation de la correspondance et des rapports commerciaux dans le domaine des technologies de l'information.
  • Un minimum de 4 ans d'expérience avérée au cours des 6 dernières années dans la préparation de documents de concepts techniques, de spécifications de systèmes et de propositions techniques dans le domaine des technologies de l'information / de la gestion de l'information ou de l'ingénierie.
  • Un minimum d'un an d'expérience démontrée au cours des trois dernières années dans l'exécution de l'une des tâches suivantesFournir des conseils et/ou des orientations sur des questions de rédaction technique.Expérience de la fourniture de briefings/présentations verbales sur un sujet technique.
