We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Canada Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to optimize resources.
  • Office Administration: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to inform business decisions.
  • Policies and Procedures: Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in administrative leadership roles. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
