Fusion K Foodies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your expertise will also be utilized to train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, as well as ordering supplies and equipment. Additionally, you will supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and manage kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
