Key Leadership Role in Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Manager to join our team at iA Financial Group. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's regulatory compliance programs and ensuring that practices, procedures, norms, and standards across the organization comply with laws, regulations, and guidelines of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and other regulatory authorities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, including a minimum of 6 years as a department head and/or in middle or senior management. A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) are required, with ACAMS AML certification being an asset. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance, risk, and controls, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence all levels of the organization.

As a leader, you will provide executive leadership to your team members, business line chief compliance officers, and vice-presidents by implementing initiatives and processes aimed at fostering and strengthening a culture of compliance, integrity, ethical behavior, and accountability within iA Financial Group. You will also ensure the development of professionals and managers in your business line by acting as a mentor and supporting their professional growth.
