QSR Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled QSR Food Services Manager to oversee the operations of our national brands and proprietary Aramark brands at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate with the Food Service Director to meet targets and ensure operational excellence
• Manage and train supervisors to maintain high standards of service and safety
• Develop and implement training schedules for new promotions and staff development
• Ensure compliance with food safety and revenue standards
• Resolve customer complaints and handle staff questions and concerns
• Coordinate with Franchisee District Managers for store-related training and support
• Maintain proper payroll procedures and ensure quality service to all guests
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and perform other duties assigned by the Food Service Director
• Excel at task delegation and work planning
• Able to organize, compose, and review daily financial reports
• Manage operational standards and team members
• Experience in Scheduling, Staff Positioning, & Conflict Resolution
• Customer service background preferred
• Previous experience in Quick Service, Clearview an asset (TIMS applications/ systems)
• Friendly and outgoing
• Positive attitude
• Previous management experience required
• Food Safe certification is also preferred, but we can help facilitate if need be
