Job Description

The Pharmacy Manager position at Pharmalinx Medical Centre Inc. is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our pharmacy team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

This is a full-time, permanent role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management:
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
  • Operational Planning:
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Performance Evaluation:
  • Evaluate the performance of pharmacy staff and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • A degree in pharmacy or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered pharmacist, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. This includes a base salary of $100,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
