Job Opportunity: Sales Porter Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Porter Team Lead to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for daily planning and execution of all Sales Porter duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle logistics, including on-site and off-site operations
  • Maintain the operating condition, cleanliness, and location of vehicle inventory in the showroom and off-site storage
  • Assign roles and tasks to sales porters and confirm completion of tasks
  • Inventory photo capture using on-site photo studio and equipment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of previous porter experience, with dealership experience preferred
  • 2 years of previous team lead experience
  • Strong desire to lead, learn, and be adaptable
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
