About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform to improve lead generation and conversion rates
  • Design and implement targeted nurture campaigns to educate and engage prospects
  • Monitor and analyze email performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and A/B testing
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other KPI analysis/tracking tools
  • Experience with database management, cleanup, and list segmentation
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Yardi, etc.
