Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Victoria's Pizza. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to boost sales and maintain profitability.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 11-15 employees to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, balance sheets, and perform related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
  • Skillset: Electronic cash register proficiency, MS Access, MS Office, and MS Outlook skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant setting with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
