Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at NOVA MANAGEMENT SERVICES. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process cheques for payroll
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Keep general ledgers and financial statements up-to-date
  • Post journal entries and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. You should also have basic security clearance and be bondable.
