Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the financial services or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale projects, including software development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
