Job Title: Senior Project Management Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide critical support to our project teams, focusing on risk management, budget analysis, and technical assistance for multiple projects in the GTA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor project schedules using MS Project and Procore.
  • Manage scope change requests, costs, and forecasting.
  • Assist in training project members on digital construction software and workflows.
  • Partner with Project Managers to identify and execute training needs.
  • Administer the Procore change management process and monitor progress, costs, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering or construction management is an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of building processes, costs, and scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of construction management disciplines, including safety compliance, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proficient in interpreting project drawings, specifications, permits, and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and Health and Safety Act.
  • A valid G license and ability to travel to various project sites.
