The Branch Manager is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue, improve customer loyalty, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Coaching and developing colleagues to improve their skills and performance, and to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Managing branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
