Salary:$40.36-$56.30 per hour

Job Description:

You'll be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to Medicine, Surgery, and Stroke program patients. Your duties will include assessing and treating patients, recording patient assessment and progress, and providing discharge planning in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. You'll also work as a member of the health care team, provide consultation to other disciplines, and supervise Rehabilitation Assistants and students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Membership in CAOT preferred
  • Previous experience in an acute setting is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
