Restaurant Supervisor with Culinary Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Petro-Canada 39038. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will oversee daily operations and ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and service, adhering to established protocols
- Manage inventory, recordkeeping, and reporting, providing insights into sales trends and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for menu optimization, customer satisfaction, and employee development
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Demonstrated expertise in culinary arts, with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
This is a fast-paced role requiring physical stamina, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. Flexibility is essential, as schedules may vary to accommodate peak periods and events.
