We are seeking a highly motivated Wireless Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at The Mobile Shop.

The Role:
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively approaching and engaging potential customers to promote wireless products and services. You will establish genuine relationships with customers, offering expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit their personalized needs.
You will understand our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing, and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. You will also upsell additional products to enhance the customer's experience, collaborate with your peers to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales, and stay up to date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services
- Establish genuine relationships with customers and offer expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans
- Understand our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for sales and customer service. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make decisions quickly. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset.

Earn a Commission-based Salary:
In addition to your base salary, you will also earn a commission-based bonus, which can range from 10% to 20% of your total sales revenue, depending on your performance. This means that your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
