Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at Judge Auto Trimming and Accessories Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
