Our infrastructure team in Canada works on some of the region's most complex projects and programs, delivering major transport investment programs and supporting clients in their journey towards successful outcomes.

Graduate Development Program

The Graduate Development Program is a twenty-four month structured learning environment that provides graduates with the skills, training, and experience to become successful consultants in their chosen field.

Program Benefits

Through the program, we will work with you to shape a development plan aligned to our technical and behavioural competency frameworks and support your long-term career ambitions towards achieving professional designation with an industry body.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in project and program management, cost and commercial management, and project controls
  • Develop a range of skills and experiences
  • Participate in structured learning and development sessions
  • Support to become professionally qualified
  • Access to a range of online learning tools

Eligibility Criteria

  • A Degree or Diploma in a relevant degree
  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience in construction
  • Eligible to live and work in Canada
