Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Specialist to join our team in Canada. As a Cloud Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our clients' cloud-based systems and applications. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing security controls, and providing ongoing monitoring and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies and controls to protect cloud-based systems and applications.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the continued security of cloud-based systems and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud security, including identity and access management, logging and monitoring, data security, and cloud reference architecture.
  • Advanced certification in one or more cloud service platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of application security concepts and overall application design and architecture.
  • Familiarity with security assessment and audit standards for the cloud, including Cloud Security Alliance CCM, CIS, and NIST Cloud Reference Architecture.
