Job Summary:

The Floor Manager will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering a positive guest experience. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional service standards and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through effective staff training and education.
  • Actively participate in the mentorship and support of all team members.
  • Drive positive results that align with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading a premium food and beverage operation.
  • Experience training and managing a large and varied staff.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to provide insightful industry leading, best-in-class outcomes to perpetuate growth in a premium service environment.
  • Highly committed to a premium level of quality and creating the ultimate guest experience.
  • Skilled at developing and creating food and beverage experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
