About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Aulakh Corporation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. They will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement effective administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Delegate Work to Office Support Staff: Assign tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of administrative duties.
  3. Establish Work Priorities: Set clear priorities and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  4. Administer Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  5. Co-ordinate Office Services: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  6. Assist with Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
