We are seeking a highly skilled Car Wash Operations Manager to join our team at Super Suds Car Wash. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

About the Role

As Car Wash Operations Manager, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties efficiently. You will also be responsible for inspecting sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

You will work closely with our management team to prepare budgets and cost estimates, recommend additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and maintain financial records.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to establish work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments.

In terms of physical capabilities, you should be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks. You will also need to possess manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and client focus.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. As Car Wash Operations Manager, you can expect a regular working schedule of 30 hours per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be fluent in English. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
