About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team at Université de Moncton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer demands and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of production plans
  • Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production staff, supervisors, and management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity software
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management
