**Job Description:**

As a Senior Merchandise Specialist at Acosta, you will have the opportunity to support our client's merchandising initiatives and enhance relationships with Store and Department Managers by delivering best-in-class merchandising services. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work daytime hours, having a semi-flexible work schedule, and enjoys working independently - all while having an excellent support team to call upon should the need arise.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and store managers to deliver exceptional merchandising services.
  • SUPPORTING THE CLIENT'S MERCHANDISING INITIATIVES BY DELIVERING BEST-IN-CLASS MERCHANDISING SERVICES.
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform merchandising decisions and drive business growth.
  • Developing and executing effective merchandising plans that meet or exceed client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of merchandising experience, preferably in the grocery industry.
  • Intermediate level and above English reading comprehension.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically understanding and executing changes to a planogram.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proactively identify issues and show initiative in solving problems.
  • Energetic, independent, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with timely responses during workdays.
