Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Management
  • • Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the necessary tools to succeed
  • Operations Standards
  • • Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests
  • • Ensure all operating guidelines for equipment are followed
  • Team Development
  • • Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards
  • Inventory Management
  • • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient operations

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving skills.

What We Offer
