Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Smart International Immigration Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and maintaining office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and maintain office procedures
  • Determine and establish office routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain information filing systems
