Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at A-1 Wireless Inc. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring their wireless network and internet connectivity issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to wireless networks and internet connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices for wireless network and internet connectivity.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and guidance to new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
