Job Description

  • Primary responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing account plans, and building relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving sales targets, working closely with regional managers and account executives to prioritize accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Key activities will involve maintaining customer profiles, developing consultative relationships, providing training and support, and analyzing progress trends.
  • A significant portion of time will be spent traveling, facilitating customer training, and delivering seminars on a regional and national basis.
  • Ongoing market assessment of customer technical needs and problems will also be a critical aspect of the role.
  • Expertise in customers' operations, processes, and procedures will be essential to ensure their success in using LivaNova's products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Bilingual French and English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Fundamental understanding of LivaNova's sales strategies, philosophies, and values is essential.
  • Previous B2B sales experience in the medical device industry or clinical experience, preferably in cardiovascular, is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in sales or a related field is required.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
