About the Role

Cossette Media is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative paid search strategies to drive business growth and achieve performance goals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of paid search campaigns to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of campaigns on search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Train and support internal teams and clients on paid search best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in paid search, and provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise a team of paid search specialists to ensure high-quality work and meet performance targets.
  • Work closely with the Group Performance Director to ensure effective delivery and exceed performance targets.
  • Support senior client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies.
  • Partner with external vendors, such as Google and Microsoft, to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns and developing paid search strategies.
  • Technical knowledge of search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations.
  • Certification in Google Search is required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Experience managing and nurturing direct reports.
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients' work and objectives.
